A graduate of the M.F.A. Creative Writing Program of George Mason University, her short fiction and nonfiction appear in The Rumpus, Bustle, The Southern Review, The Lily, Literary Hub, CRAFT Literary, Pithead Chapel, Arts & Letters, and is forthcoming in Confrontation.
Noley is also the author of the novel In the Breeze of Passing Things and the short story collection So There!, published under the name Nicole Louise Reid. She lives in Newburgh, Indiana with her two best boys.
